The Time Monk Presents
Sometimes I hear friends say they would love to read, but just can't find the time. I have some friends who try to read before bed, but say they always fall asleep. For me, the risk in reading before bed is that I'll get so engrossed in the book that I'll stay up too late! For me, reading means watching less TV. I'm busy, but we all need some relaxation, and I use my down time to read.
